Customer Care: Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy
1. Address Verification
Ensure your shipping address (no P.O. Boxes) is correct before payment. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
No refunds will be issued for refused packages.
2. Order Cancellations
To cancel, email support@westcreekmusic.com within 6 hours of purchase.
Orders with a generated tracking number cannot be canceled or refunded.
3. Shipping Costs & Inventory
Product prices exclude shipping fees, calculated at checkout.
Items left unpaid in your cart may sell out and become unavailable.
4.Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed within 5–10 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) after payment.
Tracking details will be emailed once shipped. Status marked "Delivered" confirms successful receipt.
Returns Policy
1. Eligibility
7-Day Returns: Request within 7 days of delivery (subject to conditions below).
Quality Issues: Return shipping is free if the item is defective, damaged, or mismatches its description (photos required).
2. Process
Contact Us: Email support@westcreekmusic.com with your order number, reason for return, and evidence (e.g., damage photos).
Return Labels:
For quality issues: A prepaid electronic label will be emailed within 3–7 business days.
Non-quality issues (e.g., change of mind): Buyer covers return shipping or may deduct label costs from their refund.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, or a $30 repacking fee applies.
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 2 business days after receiving and inspecting the return (shipping fees non-refundable).
Payment Security
All transactions are encrypted. We never store your credit card information.
